Hot, nutritious and healthy fish and cabbage soup may be made specially for a specifically cold night or just to enjoy the rich taste of fish any other time.

- Pomfret fish 4 fillets
- Cabbage 1 cup (crushed)
- Water 4 cups
- Garlic clove 5 – 6 (chopped)
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnishing
Cooking Directions
- Add the fish, cabbage, garlic cloves, black pepper powder, sugar and salt in water and let it boil.
- When the fish is tender then boil for 5 more minutes on low flame.
- Now mix soya sauce and remove from stove.
- Pour in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with soya sauce and vinegar.
